How do I disable/uninstall Mobicip?
This article explains how to remove Mobicip from a child device in case of an emergency/if something doesn’t work to a parent.
iOS
To remove Mobicip app from iOS device, simply touch and hold the Mobicip icon until it starts shaking. You will see an x next to the icon, touch the x and the app will be deleted.
To remove Mobicip profile on the device, login to your Mobicip account > Devices > Click bin icon to delete device. This should remove Mobicip MDM profile on the device.
You can even delete the profile in device Settings > General > Profiles > Mobicip EDM > Remove management.
Android
To uninstall Mobicip from Android device, drag the app to the top of the screen onto the trash can. You will need to turn off device administrator permission for the app before being able to remove it.
To disable Mobicip to be your device admin, go to device Settings > Security > Device administrators > Uncheck Mobicip > Deactivate Mobicip to be your device admin.

Mac
> Open Mobicip icon > Settings and login with your account credentials
> Click Settings icon at the top right corner
> Select Uninstall option and Restart the system
In case you do not see this option, please download the Mac uninstaller package. Please let us know if this addresses your concern. Otherwise we will assist further.
Windows
Mobicip can be uninstalled like any other software from Control Panel. In case it does not work, we suggest that you try the following and check if it helps:
1. Please type "services" in start menu search bar.
2. You should see a "Gear" icon named "Services", click on it to open "services".
3. Search for "Mobicip_Manager" in the list and start/restart it.
4. Then try to un-install Mobicip again.
Chromebook
To delete Mobicip extension from Chromebook, please login to your kid's account > go to chrome://extensions > Click the bin icon next to the extension to delete.
In case the extension page is locked by Mobicip, please click on Mobicip icon at top right corner of browser and uncheck 'Block extensions page'. You can even go to Chrome web store > Search for Mobicip > Select remove from Chrome to delete.
