This article briefs you on how to get started with Mobicip. 

Mobicip setup and usage process is a cinch. Here is a quick guide to get you started right away.

1. Account Creation and Setup:

You can create an account by visiting our website or through the Parent app available for iOS and Android mobile devices.

You will be able to send an invite to another parent or admin to manage your kids.

Now add your children. Enter your child’s name, birth date and choose to Monitor and manage or Monitor only. You can always customize the filter settings anytime from your parent app or the web dashboard after setup. 

Repeat the process for all your children.

Click 'Next' to finish the account setup. You’ll land in our dashboard and our mascot Eva will take you through the menu and explain the features of the app.

2. Plan Selection and Payment: 

Click 'Upgrade Now' from your account Dashboard and select a plan that works for your family. If you need features like limiting time spent on Social media, Entertainment and Game apps or monitoring your child’s social media platforms, then Premium plan is the way to go. Proceed to give your credit card details. Do not worry - your card will not be charged until your free trial ends!! If you are not satisfied with our product/service, you can cancel it anytime. All you need to do is email us at support@mobicip.com. 

In the next step, you will have the option to refer Mobicip to your friends or family. As a token of our appreciation, we offer a $20 Amazon gift card for each successful referral. Your referred friend receives 10% off on their first year’s subscription.

Miss seeing your child’s internet activity?? You are almost done with the account setup and ensuring your child's safety online is just a few steps away. All you need to do is 'Link your child device to start monitoring'.

3. Child Devices setup:

Managing your kid’s internet activity and screen time has never been easy, nevertheless our setup is!! To monitor your child’s online activities, set up the Mobicip app on each of your child devices manually and start monitoring them. Select the device type to view our videos for installing Mobicip.

4. Customize Restrictions:

Anytime, anywhere, no hassle absolutely. Manage and customize your child's monitoring settings from the Mobicip Parent app on your phone or tablet and keep track of their activities and requests on the go. Install Mobicip from iOS App Store or Google Play Store and set it up as a parent.

Quick peek on what all you can do:

1. Review child's activity from the dashboard by tapping Activity Timeline, including recently visited websites, apps, locations and watched videos.  

2. Customize restrictions for each child like allow or block access to websites, web categories, phrases or keywords, block access to specific app/app category (social media, video, etc.) and much more.

3. Set schedules to allow/block access to apps and websites during a scheduled time period.

4. Set a daily limit for your child's device usage.
