Does Mobicip Work on a Managed iOS Device?
It is not common for a child's iOS device to be associated with a device management system. But in the rare instance that it is a managed device (iPad managed by school IT, for instance), it is unfortunately not compatible with Apple's Family Sharing. You will need to remove any device management app and / or profiles from the device for Mobicip to work.
- Delete the device management app from the device.
- Manually delete the device management profiles from the settings of the device.
