Does Mobicip Work on a Managed iOS Device?

It’s uncommon for a child’s iPhone or iPad to be connected to a device management system. However, in some cases — such as school-managed devices, Apple Family Sharing and Mobicip may not work properly.

To continue setting up Mobicip, you’ll need to remove any device management apps or profiles from the device.

To remove device management:

• Delete the device management app from the device
• Manually remove the device management profile from the device settings

Once removed, you can continue setting up Mobicip on the device.
