-
Apple Screen Time cannot be enabled if there are existing restrictions or device management profiles installed on the device by Mobicip or another parental control app.

To remove the restrictions or device management profiles:
- Delete the parental control app from the device
- Manually remove the device management profile from the device settings
-
Apple requires parents to explicitly allow third-party apps like Mobicip to access Screen Time data before screen time reporting and limits can work.
Without this permission, Mobicip will not be able to:
- Report screen time activity accurately
- Apply screen time limits
- Manage app restrictions properly
Apple allows only one parental control app at a time to access Screen Time data. You may see this error if another app has already been granted access.

This commonly happens if another parental control or monitoring app was previously installed on the device.
How to revoke the permission ?
You can revoke access by:
- Uninstalling the other parental control app
- Turning off Screen Time access for that app from the device’s Screen Time settings page
Once access is removed, try enabling Mobicip again.
