How do Mobicip app time limits work on iOS devices?

Mobicip’s app time limits work slightly differently depending on the device type.

On Android devices, you can block apps, app categories and set time limits on both apps and app categories (Social Media, Entertainment and Games). All these actions take effect instantaneously on your child’s device. 

On iOS devices, time limits will work only on apps that use the internet (network apps), due to Apple’s limitations.

You can add time limits for any app in Mobicip and the limits will apply once the app connects to the internet. For apps that don’t connect to the internet, app limits may not work as Apple doesn’t provide tracking data for non-network apps.
